Objective: To demonstrate SELF EXAMINATION OF ORAL CAVITY. Highlight the importance of Tobacco in Oral Cancer and its symptoms.

Methods: Pictures in the Poster shows different steps to do a thorough Self Examination of Oral cavity.And the accompanying text explains the photograph. Poster explains the need and indications for the same. (Poster attached as an image.)

Results: Oral cancer has a very high incidence in India. It has been proved beyond doubt that most of the oral cancer is caused by using Tobacco-Betal QUID (a method of consuming TOBACCO wherein the user mixes tobacco with betal leaf & nut and keeps it in the area between teeth and cheek).
