Policy Statement on Secondhand Smoke by State Government Health Agency

Objective: Development of a science-based policy statement on secondhand smoke and clean indoor air regulation by a health organization or agency.

Methods: Researching all science and 'best practices' to determine an effective, descriptive policy statement.

Results: Final West Virginia DHHR Policy Statement on Clean Indoor Air Rgeulation of Secondhand Smoke, and (for the attendee) an understanding of what would be needed to develop their own policy statement.
