The statistical analyses explored the association between global measures of program capacity based on Strength of Tobacco Control (SOTC) developed for the ASSIST evaluation and program are activity measures such as frequency of different types of local interventions as well as audience reach of these efforts

Results: The findings are discussed in relation to strategic planning of tobacco control programs and technical assistance needs
