WHO has three entities addressing this area: Tobacco Free Initiative focuses international attention, resources and action on the global tobacco epidemic; WHO Study Group on Tobacco Product Regulation (TobReg) serves as a think-tank on this issue; WHO Tobacco Laboratory Network strengthens capacity for the testing and research of the contents and emissions of tobacco products.
